When you use DookaBot, we collect information you provide during onboarding including your business name, WhatsApp number, product catalogue, and email address. We also collect messages sent to your DookaBot number to generate automated replies and save orders.
We use your information to operate the DookaBot service, including generating AI replies to your customers, saving orders to your dashboard, and sending you notifications about new orders and signups.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. We do not sell your data to third parties.
DookaBot uses the WhatsApp Business API to receive and send messages on your behalf. Customer messages are processed to generate replies and detect payments. We store conversation history to provide context for AI replies.
We use the following third party services: Anthropic (AI replies), Meta WhatsApp Business API (messaging), Supabase (data storage), and Resend (email notifications).
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. You can also cancel your DookaBot subscription at any time.
